The Ankh Cross (bow of life, Crux Ansata, cross with hinge, Egyptian cross) is such an important occult and sacred symbol for ancient Egypt that it is difficult to find any religious depiction of Egyptian gods where this mysterious sign would not be present. It was usually portrayed on the tombs and temple walls. But why? What was it about the ANKH cross that made it so important to the ancient mystics?
What does the Ankh cross look like
The Cross of the Ankh is said to be a duplicate of an equally known occult symbol, the cross of Tau, but in contrast, a loop or circle is added to the top of the horizontal bar. It is one of the oldest sacred signs with a deep symbolic value. The house in the temple of the highest priests was called the Ankh and the priests themselves were also called Ankhs.
The ANKH KEY was the symbol of ancient civilizations
The Cross of the Ankh appeared in ancient Egypt, almost becoming it’s “esoteric logo”, but some researchers and theosophists claim that it actually came from even more ancient times, from the lost civilizations of Atlantis, Lemuria, and so on. So, the cross of the Ankh can be seen as a symbol to hundreds of thousands of generations of mysticism and as a secret code that transmits sacred knowledge to all who can penetrate its deep symbolism, those who have the key to understanding the sacred metaphors.
Symbolic meaning of the ANKH.
Literally, the term "ankh" in translation from Egyptian means "life" or "who lives."
In an unusual cross of the Ankh, two characteristics are combined: a cross which is a symbol of life, and a circle which is a symbol of eternity. As a result, we get a deep symbol representing the immortal, the man who was able to resurrect himself in eternity. This is the cross of the ankh.
The combination of a circle and a cross is also a sign of a spiritual and material combination, a symbol of initiation, a second birth, and a symbol of the vision of the etheric worlds.
Some researchers of esoteric symbolism have interpreted the backbone of the Ankh (Cross of Tau) as a symbol of the descent of the spirit into matter, and the circle as the "divine Eye” that shines the light on the world of men.
In addition, the cross of the Ankh symbolizes the union of the female and male gods, Osiris and Isis, and thus the alliance of the Earth and the sky.
Cross of Ankh in Egyptian mythology
The cross of the Ankh is associated with the solar gods of Atum and RA. A sun disc with sun rays, on the ends of which the hands holding the Ankh, was interpreted as a symbol that the life of plants, animals and humans is given by the sun.
The Ankh was also connected with Osiris, the god of the reproductive forces of nature and the king of the afterlife.
Sometimes the goddess of truth “Ma’at” was also portrayed with the cross of the ankh in her hand.
The Cross of the Ankh in Egyptian magic
The ancient Egyptians portrayed the mysterious cross of the Ankh on their amulets to prolong life on earth. Egyptians buried their dead with such an amulet to make sure that the dead were waiting for a life in another world. Because they were convinced that the key that opened the gates to heaven looked exactly like the cross of the Ankh. For this reason, the cross of the Ankh was an essential item of the gods and pharaohs.
God, the guardian of the body, would place the Ankh key into the Pharaoh's mouth, which meant that the key must be inside the person because it is connected to breathing. The cross of the Ankh even in its form resembles a key, and on the level of symbolism it is. It means "an instrument", which allows you to penetrate beyond the normal human perception, so the Mystics considered it the key to the gates of paradise.
Also, ancient mystics believed that the cross of the Ankh elevated the human to the superhuman, to the divine. Those who were initiated into the world of the mystics, had to pass through various tests while holding the ankh on top of their head in order to dispel negative energies.
Cross of Ankh in other cultures
The Ankh cross was used by Coptics, who also associated it with the afterlife, and it was a symbol of eternal life in Christ. Some researchers even suggest that it was the cross of the Ankh that was the prototype of the golden key from Heaven or Paradise that St. Peter held.
In Babylon, the Ankh was a symbol of heaven and immortality.
The Cross of Ankh was also known as the mystical symbol of the Indians of Central America. They associated it with water.
To the Scandinavians the cross of the Ankh was a symbol of rejuvenation.
The Ankh and Occult tradition
In the esoteric traditions, Cross of the Ankh acted as a key to divine, secret knowledge, hidden wisdom, power and supremacy. It is formed from a combination of male and female symbols Osiris (OSIRIS) and ISIS (ISIS) as the Union of Heaven and Earth, life and death.
The Ankh Cross is a symbol of life
The traditional interpretation of the symbolism of the Cross of the Ankh is life and rebirth. It is interesting to note that the unusual symbol of "life" is a very specific subtext in this example. Thus, according to some interpretations, the upper part of the Cross of the Ankh (circle) symbolizes the Nile River delta, and the rest is the river itself, which for the dry region of Egypt is really that which feeds life. Thus, the cross of the Ankh literally embodies the "key of life".
Cross of the Ankh a Symbol of Renaissance and Dawn
Yet another interpretation of the cross of the Ankh is the symbol of dawn. The cross represents Genesis, life, the movement of time, and the circle above it is the sun, every day rising above the Earth and initiating the beginning of a new day. Confirmation of this is in the sacred test of Ancient Egypt — the Book of the Dead, where there are many images of the cross of the Ankh in the context of Renaissance and Dawn, both in the direct and metaphorical sense.
The Ankh key was put in the tomb by the Pharaohs so that the soul could take advantage of its magical power and continue to live in the afterlife.
It is interesting to note that it was linked by the early Christians of Egypt with the world of the dead and used it to mark the afterlife.
The Ankh as the universal symbol
Looking at the mysterious cross of the Ankh in terms of universal symbolism, we can highlight two main elements in the image of the sign, the circle and the cross.
The cross in many cultures symbolizes life as such, a combination of male and female principles (the vertical bar is male, active, Yang energy, and the horizontal line is female, passive, Yin energy). In other words, a cross is a symbol of human existence with very specific boundaries. The crossing points of the cross are the core, the essence of the human spirit, the point of origin, beginning, genesis.
As for the circle, it symbolizes eternity, something unknown, infinitely knowable.
If we combine these two features into one character, we see that it is a symbol of a combination of divine and human, eternal and limiting. At the same time, what is characteristic, above the cross (man) is the realm of eternity, the divinity — that is, the place where the spirit of human being goes — the area of infinite knowledge, perfection and love.
Thus, the mysterious Ankh Key is a deep metaphysical encryption, pointing to the true meaning of human life as a "point", contemplating its eternal nature, which recognizes the true essence of its existence.
Cross of the Ankh a symbol of Harmony.
Many esoterics argue that the Ankh key also symbolically denotes a harmonious combination of male and female nature, embodies the gods of Osiris (he) and Isis (she). Such that the cross itself is associated with the image of phallus, and the feminine beginning is associated with a circle-the symbol of the uterus. So the Ankh itself is nothing other than the sexual coitus of the two creative forces of creation, whose harmonious combination gives birth to life. Thus, the Ankh Key is a graphic symbol of an ever-changing life, through an infinitely dynamic balance between female and male energies, between passivity and activity, between Yin and Yang, the Earth and the sky.
In summary, it can be said that the Ankh is a symbol of fertility, the merging of the sexual energies of male and female nature. As a result, whatever we say, we still, in some way, constantly point to the symbolism of life and rebirth which the Ankh Key embodies.

Here is how star seeds, star people, indigos, “aliens” and most light workers get to earth. There are many different ways of getting here into a human body. What I am about to tell you will probably shock you, your mind will begin to spin and try and find reasons why this is NOT possible.. However in your heart you will know that what you are reading here is truth.
Nevertheless, if this does not resonate with you.. then it is not how you came to be here on planet earth. Those that come from the Angelic Realm, come through incarnation, and not through the process that I am describing below. Yet there are others who are actually walk ins, etc., Here I’m going to talk about a star seed’s journey to earth.
What happens to most Star seeds, Star people, etc., To most of the light workers anyway is that we are not born in the traditional understanding. It appears that we are, but really we aren’t. Star people and star seeds, do not come directly from the source into a human body. However we ALL come from ONE source, and are SOULS first and foremost. So when you are told that you come from a particular planet, what this means is that you have first incarnated onto that planet and THEN have come onto planet Earth.
What this means is that we come from other planets, we are sent to earth from a physical body into a physical body. If you try to find this information online, you won’t be able to, nobody talks about this, for fear of people not understanding and ridiculing this as some sort of sci-fi.. Which it isn’t.
And so, when we were ready to go back to earth yet again on our missions, what happens usually is we are condensed into a little ball/pill like blue chip, having to go through “7 heavens” which are the star systems.
Often people also talk about The Doorway of Antares. Antares is an important gateway to other galaxies and universes. It is the interdimensional bridge to Andromeda from our galaxy. Some souls, upon physical incarnation, choose to pass through the Antares gateway to reactivate soul memory. Here on Earth, a lot of people that are referred to as Starseeds, actually have come through Antares (or Arcturus). They are highly sensitive, highly intellectual, usually highly empathic, withdrawn and reserved
Delivered into our mother’s womb. There we would merge with the DNA structure and cells of the human embryo, taking up residence in a human body. Looking like a human should, with our “alienism” coming through once in a while in our facial features, especially when we would activate (connect to the star family/source), but there would be absolutely NOTHING human about us. We would remember everything, on a deeper level, our DNA would be fully activated, all the chakras would work perfectly fine, we would think differently than other kids, would act differently, there would always be something different about us (vibration) but overall we would fit in, at least at a first glance (physically).
And so what we would then be is a Soul in an “Alien” body… within a human body. There is a thin film separating our Alien body from our human body, it is bluish in color. Once again no one will talk about this. I’m the first one to say it, so you will doubt it most likely, but it is truth.
The reason that we are placed on earth in such a way instead of going to the source and incarnating here as a soul within a human body is because should that occur we would come into this life completely separated from the source, forgetting everything we have been sent here for and automatically be bound unto the wheel of Karma. While the point of us coming to earth was specifically to awaken the rest of humanity. To show humanity (souls within a body) that they are FREE, that they are POWERFUL! That they too CAN do what we do, because it is so!
We are here to break through the veil of forgetfulness, forgetfulness that each and every single soul dwelling in a human vehicle here on earth is a CREATOR of their own lives, is in control of their reality and CAN change anything and everything in order to experience what they wish to experience. We are here to activate the grids, activate the portals, activate humanity and GAIA as a whole. We are here to illuminate, transmute, transform, assist, and make way for a new peaceful, harmonious understanding of life. We are here to open the doorway for humanity to enter into a coalition with our star families to CONSCIOUSLY be part of the process of creation. To consciously understand that what happens on earth affects everything in the cosmos. We are here to bring peace, through the understanding of SELF. The experience most often than not begins with a traumatic event. A burnout at the job. A loss of a close family member. An illness. A loss of a romantic relationship. Feeling of loss overwhelms an individual and they cannot find their ground. Various emotional and physical triggers ensue that literally drive a soul into a void, a void where they are given a few choices, one of which is to switch out. If they agree the process begins.
It varies between individuals but for the most part the process lasts 3 – 4 months. First the original soul is introduced to the other soul gradually who will take its place. They begin to communicate with each other on another level where the original is teaching the new one everything about the life that it has created thus far. The original soul teaches the new soul about who is who in their life. What they do. How they talk. How they walk, etc., etc.,
Whilst the new soul is preparing the original one for departure, preparing it for what is to come, assisting the original one in tying some of the loose ends and saying goodbye to all whom they have come into contact with. For most who are going through this, the process on the earth plane may begin to seem like a dream, they would begin to feel strange thoughts, of both excitement and sadness of what is to come. They will catch themselves saying goodbye without understanding why. Hearing various thoughts that they never heard before. Feeling as if there actually is two distinct personalities in one body. Things will begin to feel strange, as they find themselves feeling more and more disassociated with everything that was so close to their heart. Finally, the day of their departure would arrive and they would say goodbye to all that they knew and move onto another plane of existence to experience other realms and return to where they have come, but before they do so, they remain in the vicinity of the new soul and continue to guide this soul from outside the body.
The new soul is thus finally able to fully occupy the body and begin its own journey on this plane of existence. Here is where things begin to really get interesting, the new soul most of the time doesn’t want to have anything to do with what the old one has created.
They have arrived in order to take over the body and proceed with a completely different mission from the previous soul’s. When this happens, is when we find that all of a sudden our nearest and dearest has all of a sudden turned into a completely different person. They begin to dress differently, listen to different music, talk differently, walk differently and even develop different type of physical ailments! Everything begins to rapidly change. Their personality is no longer the same, as it is a completely different soul in the same body! They may all of a sudden switch jobs, move to another city, etc., On the contrary some souls continue to discretely go along with what the old soul has done and slowly begin to morph into a completely different person, as not to alarm those around them. All of this is happening on the external level.
Internally though, the soul is more often than not is fully and completely lost, confused and scared. There is no one to talk to about what is happening and what has occurred. No one to discuss this with and when they do try to open up to those around them, they are often met with hostility and an advice to get assistance from a psychiatrist. Usually their circle is not supportive of this change because for one they do not understand it and think that the person is crazy, and two they are not comfortable with this extreme change and do not wish to adjust to a new personality. So the new soul is left wondering if indeed they are crazy and/or have made all of this up, when deep within they continue to be plagued with a distinct feeling that all of this is true.
To support their innate knowing, many times a new soul develops various abilities that the previous “owner” of the body did not have. They may begin to showcase psychic abilities, clairvoyance, healing of others, improved athletic performance without doing anything new, metaphysical abilities, knowledge of another language that they have never studied, the list goes on and on and on. And whilst this doesn’t happen to everyone who does the switch out, it does happen to many.
Please note, however, that those who awaken to who they are will also experience very similar sensations and processes, however the distinct feature between the “walk-ins” and those who have simply awakened to who they truly are will be full and complete vivid memory of their childhood, a feeling of actually having experienced it, and recollection of having displayed these abilities as a child. Therefore, if you are wondering whether you might be a walk in, but distinctly remember being able to heal someone as a child, or affinity for new language, athletic and/or mental abilities, etc., whilst clearly remembering most of your childhood this then doesn’t apply to you.
So why is it that we are seeing and are about to see this phenomenon of Walk in’s occur more and more lately?
One of the reasons is that a lot of things are shifting and the frequency of this planet is rising, which begins to bring up all the negative experiences that have been experienced by an individual in order to have the soul deal with all the various issues. The vibration of trauma and negative experiences at times becomes too much for some to handle, coupled with the trauma experienced by their clan, and those around them, as well as the rapidly changing frequencies of GAIA, rising in vibration, all of this can become too much for a soul to handle, and so a soul cries out for assistance.
Once this occurs a soul is visited by what is known as a portal and asked if they wish to return home or to have a “time out” and have another take their place. As you can understand this does not excuse the soul from the experience nor the karma that they have collected, but simply allows it to “take a break” if you will. The soul may return into the same body at a later stage should it choose to do so, or can continue its journey elsewhere while another soul takes its place. This happens more often than you might think, and will only increase in frequency as we progress through the ascension journey. Most souls however, choose to stay and deal with various issues and karma, relying on assistance offered from their guides and celestial counterparts.
There are souls, however, that do a switch out without experiencing any traumatic events at all, when this happens, it happens for a number of reasons one of which is that the original souls’ journey has been completed. The original soul has established the avatar in an advantageous position utilizing their expertise up to a certain point from which their expertise can no longer continue to support the mission of this particular avatar
What this means is that prior to birth a group of souls decide to inhabit one body in order to save time to get the job done. Where one soul excels at doing certain things in the body of a child, another soul in the body of an adolescent, another soul in the body of an adult, etc., This happens to many different people, but more often to those in the public eye, who have come onto this plane of existence to leave a significant mark.
For some the process is incredibly similar to WALK INS, but the original soul doesn’t leave the body, staying there throughout the whole life of the avatar and allowing others to step in temporarily to do very important tasks in order to assist the original soul in doing what it h as come here to do. This is very often experienced by healers of all sorts, where say a guide or an angel would take over the body for a few minutes in order to assist in healing. If you have experienced this, then you are not a walk in but are simply allowing various beings to operate through your vehicle.
Once again this happens more often than you might think. Sounding like something out of a “sci-fi” movie, it is an everyday reality for hundreds of thousands going into millions of people worldwide.
I want to say here, that the information that I am sharing with you is not set in stone, and there are many more variations of the process and what happens, I am sure that those of you reading this who are indeed walk-ins can absolutely add or subtract from everything written here, all I am sharing is the collective experience of those whom I have had the honor of working with in my healing sessions and my own experiences of being shown the various processes that take place behind the veil.

Today I would like to talk to you about an Ancient Technique from Atlantis on how to attune to your Twin Flame using a Quartz Crystal. This technique is usually used to speed up the process of attunement for those souls who have found their Twin Flame.
In his book "Gem Elixirs and Vibrational Healing" Gurudas writes “A powerful technique is for two people to sit facing each other in a darkened room. Have lighted candles below the quartz and stare into each others eyes through the illuminated quartz.
This is a way for two people to develop a deeper understanding and attunement with each other. People working together on projects such as writing a book or couples striving for a deeper attunement would benefit from this technique. People doing this would become more sensitive to each other.
Couples could also attune to the seven main charkas while doing this technique. When couples do not do this technique, it usually takes around nine years for a natural flow to develop between the charkas.
When couples DO this technique, directly working to harmonize the flow of the charkas, it usually takes around one year for a deep alignment to develop. What occurs is that couples develop a true understanding of the inner nature of each other. False images fall away. Sometimes information released during these meditations can force couples to face difficult issues that would not have surfaced for many years.
If people are ready to face such issues, there can be a deep cleansing and harmonizing.
Couples should do this exercise twice a week for half an hour during each session. After doing this meditation for three to four months, many people would come to appreciate the value of this practice. Then, if not sooner, it would be wise to attempt to do this practice every day for fifteen to twenty minutes. Both these practices were often used in Atlantis.
Generally, put the crystal you are staring into under sea salt once a month for up to one day as a cleansing. There is no set time for doing these techniques. This depends on the unique needs of each individual. Initially, you might feel lightheaded or uncomfortable for a while. This is because toxicity is passing out of the body. This period will usually soon pass. Some may want to chant a mantra while doing these practices.”
What I want to draw your attention to is that although this is a very good way of aligning to each other, this practice comes with a GIANT WARNING. Please only embark upon this journey if you are ready to work through a lot of issues that will come up for you at the time of clearing. You will need to work through a lot in order to fully balance out everything within you, first and foremost, and then at the same time assist another in doing the same for them!
So please use this technique with care and diligence. The first thing that anyone should do is look within themselves, comprehend where your own issues lay and release these so called “issues” into the light. Understand from your past experiences, let them go and make room for a beautiful relationship with your significant other.

The number one thing that I want you to understand is that all the stories of LACK in this world are FALSE, simply and completely false. Because in the universe andthis planet specifically there is ABUNDANCE which is yours for the taking.
Number two It is imperative that you fully tune into the following sentence “ABUNDANCE IS YOUR BIRTH GIVEN RIGHT!”because, it is so! You are born to be abundant! Abundant in whatever you wish it to be, whether it be health, money, joy, love, or the opposite of the scale, suffering, sickness, etc., it is completely up to you. One thing is for sure ABUNDANCE IS YOUR BIRTH GIVEN RIGHT!
Number 3.There are elemental beings that are assigned to you when you are born, these beings take your thoughts and energy and automatically begin to create whatever you are thinking about into your reality. Whether they agree with it or not, it is their job to assure that whatever you are thinking of will come to pass. THAT is why it so SO important to monitor your thoughts! Because if you BELIEVE that there is LACK in the universe, you will fear that there is not going to be enough for you to manifest what you want. If you believe that you don’t deserve whatever it is that you want or have, rest assured that your elemental guides will strive really hard so that you will continue to experience LACK. However, if you BELIEVE THAT YOU DESERVE TO BE ABUNDANT in whichever way you want it to manifest, THAT is what you are going to experience.
Number 4. Think of it this way, imagine that there is a road which is filled with agony, frustration, a feeling of lack, hard work, suffering, where everyone is barely surviving all because they are under this assumption that the only way to have anything good is to suffer for it. Now imagine that there is a road that exists just a few feet above the first one. On this road everyone is happy, joyous, doing what they love to do, healthy, vibrant and abundant in everything that they wish to have. Now imagine that you have found a staircase which leads up to a door that you unlocks with a very special key. And once you have that key, you can WALK THROUGH THAT DOOR, and find yourself on this beautiful amazing road of SUCCESS, ABUNDANCE, LIGHT, JOY, PEACE, HARMONY. All you need is that one key which will open all of these treasures for you.
Number 5.That KEY is WITHIN YOU!That key is called YOUR BELIEF SYSTEM. The only thing that separates you from stepping onto that new path, onto the new 5D earth that has already been created, is your belief that somehow you aren’t deserving of this beautiful experience. Thus, in order to generate that key, you must fully and completely without any doubts in your mind BELIEVE that you are ABUNDANT and DESERVE to have EVERYTHING THAT YOU WANT!
Number 6. The MAGIC of this KEY. however, is your INTENT instead of EXPECTATION of certain outcomes. Because when we EXPECT we are bound to be disappointed simply due to the fact that when we set an expectation in our minds, we see it coming to life in a certain way, and when something else appears on the horizon, which eventually will lead us directly to that which we’ve envisioned and intended for ourselves, we won’t give it a try, but stop ourselves from moving forward all because what will begin to take shape will not meet our expectation. Were we to INTEND without EXPECTING we would forgo the odd shape and allow the experience to blossom fully into what we have been wanting to experience.

Many misunderstand the idea of twin flames, and are searching for that one special soul, usually of the opposite sex, to spend their lives with. In truth there is not just one other half of you out there somewhere walking around, but many more pieces of your soul. And yet it is only with ONE such other piece of your soul that you are to unite into one magnificent WHOLE.
So how does this happen? It all begins with the birth of your OverSoul which is the actual YOU.
When your soul, your OVERSOUL is born at the source, it is born into a soul family of other such souls who are all closely related. These OVERSOULS will continue to interact with each other over and over again in various physical lives, and etheric ones. A soul family is different than an OVERSOUL.
An oversoul is one giant soul that has been split into 16 parts. That is what I am being told by my guides and Ascended Masters, that there are usually 16 parts of the soul that separate into “mini souls”. These mini souls go on to have various experiences.
Since the cosmos is vast, and there are a myriad of universes, parallel realities, dimensions, etc., These 16 parts are quickly multiplied into what is called “Aspects of self”. To help you understand this better. It’s very similar to this, when you are home alone, you are one way, when you go to work you present a completely different “you” to the world. Being with your parents creates yet another persona. Being with a significant other, another. Etc., etc., Each time we adjust our behavior in order to present ourselves in a different light we create an aspect of our own selves.
In fact many people with “split personality disorders” as they have been labeled by our modern medicine, have an issue with the fact that their auric field has cracked opened and the various aspects of themselves become disconnected, their energy bodies either come very close together or too far apart resulting in chaotic interuppted energy spurs.

The Journey of your Soul starts at the Oversoul level where your soul is whole and complete which then splits into 16 parts.
Once split into 16 parts it then tapers down to a myriad of aspects of self all in order to experience all that there is to experience, learn, grow and return to wholesome state to continue the journey further. It was after many channelings and encounters that this information was finally revealed to me.
These 16 parts are currently living out their beautiful journeys all over the universe. And there is an INFINITE number universes. So these 16 parts of your soul separate and move about the vast cosmic platform.
Once each of these parts has had enough experience and desires to merge back to its true self it must find it’s appropriate part and see if that part of the soul is actually ready to merge with it.
On this diagram I am trying to show to you the breakdown of your Oversoul, and how each of the parts interact with each other.
16 parts create 8 pairs. Once these 8 pairs merge, they create 4 pairs. Once these 4 pairs merge they create 2 pairs. Once these 2 pairs merge, it is then that TWIN FLAMES that we all know of and keep on talking about emerge. These TWIN FLAMES are the most important ones for the oversoul.
Keep in mind though, that this OVERSOUL is a sort of energy hub which keeps tabs on all its parts and aspects, connecting these parts with each other, and instigating various events for these "mini-souls" to keep constantly meeting throughout their journeys in the universe. Therefore, it is quite possible to meet a part of your soul throughout your "mini-souls" life. In fact its mandatory.
Surprising to me was that these "mini-souls" of your oversoul do not necessarily need to be in a romantic relationship!
Since each "mini-soul" is developing at its own speed, many times a more advanced part of your soul will meet with a less advanced one, less experienced one, in order to help it to move forward, to teach it various things about the universe and life. Therefore it’s quite possible to have children and parents who seem to be so identical to each other and have an incredibly close relationship with one another, understanding each other on some level that is mind boggling. When asked whether they were romantically involved in previous lives the answer is always - no.
In one lifetime you can have a child who is part of your actual soul. A piece of you. Whom you are helping to maneuver through this life!
Also each pair that forms will never be romantically involved with another. However the respective parts will always meet to exchange information be it in actual physical or etheric, or otherwise. They will always bump into each other to exchange information on a frequency level which we are simply not aware of.
Let us take Part 1A and Part 9A as an example, these parts will be romantically involved with each other, in fact they will meet many times over and have various romantic relationships which doesn’t mean that they will merge with each other, as they may simply not be ready to do so.
Part 1A and 2A on the other hand, will never be romantically involved, they may play out various roles as parent/child relationship etc. These types of relationship are usually incredibly close. Many times you see parent and child that can’t seem to live without each other. Understanding each other without having to speak a word. In our world it may seem abnormal to have such a close bond with a parent/child, but it doesn’t mean that their relationship is not balanced, not at all, they are simply the best of friends who seem to clearly understand and respect each other, support each other etc. Most of the time, when such a relationship does occur usually one of them will be a much more evolved part of the soul. This is not a soul group, this is an actual part of your soul.
Sometimes it will occur between friends, like the most annoying friend that you have whom you simply cannot let go of.
If you think about it, there may have been or still is a friend in your life that you have an incredibly complicated relationship with, they do everything wrong from your point of view, they drive you crazy, but at the same time you keep on being there for them guiding them and helping them. No matter what they do, you seem to have unconditional love for them, that you simply cannot explain. This is usually the reason, they are simply part of your OVERSOUL and you are part of theirs. You both met in order to help your OVERSOUL grow faster, correct each others “mistakes” learn and expand your mutual consciousness, which really is ONE.
Lets recap
Part 1A + Part 9A will be romantically involved. Part 4A and 13A never will be. Each OVERSOUL separates into 16 parts, once these 16 parts meet they will form 8 pairs. Once the 8 pairs merge, which could take eons to happen, they will form 4 pairs which will once again go off and have their own adventures and their own lives. Finally to merge into unison and form 2 "mini-souls". Again each part will continue its own journey until they are finally ready to merge with each other. And that is what we understand to be TWIN FLAMES. In essence though, it is not the case as here on earth right now you could simply be merging with one of the earlier pairs, say Part 8A + Part 16A. However, the last pairs to merge are usually the most powerful unions of all.
So how do you spot the last two pairs the ones that we understand to be Twin Flames?
They usually merge at the most important historical moments of the universe, and that is precisely what is happening on planet earth at the moment. These last 2 “mini-souls” are finally merging into ONE, meeting and CREATING phenomenal experiences not only for humanity but for all of the universe enlarge. As we are in the midst of great changes that are influencing this entire universe which comprises of a myriad of galaxies, stars, planets, dimensions, various realities the impact of such mergers is usually extremely profound and breathtaking to behold.
And then, there are those here on earth that have fully and completely merged with ALL parts of their soul.
They do not feel that urge, loneliness, nor desire to meet that “Special” someone, they are content, complete, and here to assist humanity with infinite knowledge of the creator. These are the most profound spiritual leaders, scientists, healers, teachers, world leaders, etc., whose sole purpose in life seems to be assisting humanity without much interest in seeking out romantic relationships as that is not their primary goal nor do they need to meet another part of their soul to carry out their divine missions as all parts are with them assisting them from WITHIN.
And then there are soul families, soul groups, etc, that eventually all merge into ONE being called the SOURCE/GOD as we understand it to be. In essence we are ALL interconnected and intertwined, regardless if a particular being is part of your actual soul or not, as we simply are part of ONE GIANT WHOLE from which we all originate and to which we all belong, and of which we all are.
It’s the same as your fingers, organs, cells, all carrying out different functions, working together, being part of ONE whole, the human body. The same is with the universe, we are all parts of the universe, parts of GOD, parts of creator and that is why we truly ARE The creators of our own realities, as we go about our day we CREATE with MAGIC of our thought patterns. Hence it’s so incredibly important to remember that what WE think, truly DOES affect EVERYONE around us, even those that presently do not reside on planet earth. So choose your thoughts wisely and enjoy every step of your journey to ONENESS to the understanding of SELF to just BEING and CREATING this phenomenal experience we call LIFE!

The following Clearing & Protection Technique is taken from Anna Merkaba's book "Mission To Earth - A Lightworkers Guide to Self Mastery"
Please understand that we are all energy beings and are affected by absolutely all vibrations that exist around us. Since EVERYTHING vibrates and gives off specific energies, our day begins with the effect of the sheets beneath our bodies to actual interaction with energy fields of other people. Therefore it is of utmost importance to practice cleansing your energy body by yourself daily.
Here is an incredibly easy technique that I have come up with, which works wonders for me and those that try it.
Stand upright with your arms bent at the elbows so that your palms are facing up,
Your legs are in a straight line and feet together
Once you are in this position, close your eyes, take a deep breath and hold imagining that the air that you are breathing in is first delivered to the upper half of your body. Exhale
Now breathe in one more time and imagine that the air travels all the way down into your feet, hold and exhale.
Do this breathing at least 3 times up and 3 times down. You might feel a little bit light headed, if so put your palms together as if into a praying position and stand there for a few seconds until your energy balances out.
Now imagine that there is a shaft of blue colored light that is entering form the crown of your head and traveling all the way down to your feet and beyond. Imagine that while this light is traveling through your body that it is cleansing out every single cell within your body and releasing all the tension that you might feel, all the negative emotions and all the negative vibrations that you might have picked up throughout the day.
At the same time call upon your deity of choice and ask them to “Dear ________ I ask you now to please release all the negative thoughts, emotions, vibrations I might have consciously or subconsciously picked up throughout the day and send it into the light for HEALING & TRANSMUTATION. And instead fill my body and my heart and my soul with Love, Light, Patience, Understanding and whatever else you wish to be infused with”
As you do this visualize all the negativity leave your body, as if debris that is flying off of your and being sucked into the light and sent up to the source for cleansing. And instead see yourself basked in a pure loving, healing blue light.
MERKABA PROTECTION
There are numerous methods out there on how to activate your Merkaba and a shield of protection. And there are numerous videos online. However, I have found that this method is the easiest one to comprehend and to apply.
Stand upright just as shown in this picture.
Imagine that from your heart area/heart chakra a six pointed star (star of david/merkaba) is released.
Now imagine that as it is spinning counter clock wise it is decending through the core/center of your body all the way out of your body past your feet and all the way down into the core of the earth.
There at the core of the earth it is energized by the loving energies for Gaia and is sent back up to you
As it travels up it stops a foot or so below your feet and begins to emit immense light which creates an energetic platform below your feet
Once the platform has been created the six pointed star continues to spin counter clock wise and rises up through the core of your body and all the way up through your crown chakra and up to the source of all that is.
As it does rises it also creates a tubular shaped force shield around your body, as shown in the picture above
Once it reaches the source it gets energized with the loving and protecting energies and is sent back down to you again.
Once it reaches about a foot above your head it stops and once again creates a platform of sorts that encapsulates you in a protective shield
It continues to spin downward and back to your heart center
There the star stops and separates into two identical pyramids, with one pyramid extending above you and the other below you intersecting in the middle and creating a merkaba shield around you. Each pyramid spins in the opposite direction from the other. One spinning clock wise another counter clock wise.
Once you’re done you should imagine seeing yourself in something that looks like the picture to your right.
Further Protection against negative energies & Psychic attacks
Stand upright, with your palms facing up to the sky. -Imagine that from the top of your head (your crown chakra) there is a GOLDEN cord that is extending all the way to the source/god/all that is.
Now imagine and ask for the violet flame to enter each and every one of your chakras and act as a protective shield, a filter of sorts against all the psychic negative energies.
Imagine/Ask that your whole body be encapsulated in a golden “filter” light of protection, followed by Platinum and finally Diamond.
Activate your Merkaba by imagining that 2 tetrahedrons are rotating around you (one clock wise and the other counter clock wise)
Ask/see that a beam of light is coming from the source and goes through like a pillard of light through your entire body exiting at the feet and going all the way down to the core of the earth, grounding you. Ask that you are grounded and feel as if you’re growing roots form the bottom of your feet that go all the way down to the core of the earth. From there you are drawing the earths energies back up to you and allow it permeate through your whole being and go out of the top of your head. Do that in such a way as to have a continuous flow from your crown down to the core of the earth and back up again in a circle type formation.
Finally build/imagine ask that there be a Diamond Sacred Geometrical Sphere of protection around your whole aura and body which is called the tree of life/merkaba, just as you see on the picture that is what you should be seeing around you

Twin Flame Unions, Twin Flames, Twin Flame Running. These terms and more have been circulating in the spiritual community for quite some time. But what do these terms mean?
What does it mean to be in a twin flame union? And why all the talk about Twin Flames Right Now? How does one know if they are in the presence of their Twin Flame or Soulmate? What is the difference and why does it even matter?

A Twin Flame meeting is unlike anything you've ever experienced before.
When you meet your twin flame, time stops, your heart beats faster, and you may feel yourself being pulled into a void, almost as if you are being pulled out of your body and are being drawn to this person standing before you. Both of you may feel lightheaded, and even nauseous. For a split moment you may feel as if nothing else exists, except the two of you. There is an instant recognition, the "AHA" moment, incredible attraction and at the same time deep fear and suspicion arising out of nowhere with a "flight or fight" reaction overtaking your whole body. A feeling of wanting to run into their arms and at the same time run as far away from them as possible. The problem is that you can do neither. All you can do is ALLOW.
